Charter Sales / Dispatch Coordinator

Hop-A-Jet Worldwide Jet Charter, one of Florida’s largest air charter and aircraft management firms, is currently seeking an experienced full-time Charter Sales / Dispatch Coordinator.

Must be fluent in the English language, written and spoken.

Hop A Jet Worldwide is ARG/US Platinum rated, Wyvern Approved, IS-BAO certified air carrier that operates with a fully established Safety Management System (SMS) and Emergency Response Program (ERP).

Qualified applicants will possess a highly motivated, team oriented and safety focused work ethic. He/She will supplement an existing group of aviation professionals. Primary Charter Sales job functions are quoting and booking charter trips on our charter fleet and outsourcing additional lift when our aircraft are not available. Primary Dispatch job functions are the completion of our Part 135 Legal Vetting process before each and every departure, dispatch, flight following/locating, maintenance interface tracking, schedule coordination, as well as support of crew & flight logistics needs. Completion of FAA, TSA and DHS/Customs mandated administrative processes must be accomplished in a reliable, accurate and time efficient manner along with other general support duties such as fuel purchasing arrangements, catering & provisioning, transportation and accommodations for passengers and crews.

Hop-A-Jet Worldwide Jet Charter utilizes the CTA/FOS computerized scheduling system. Knowledge of CTA/FOS would be helpful, but not necessarily required. We will train.

An additional benefit and advantage for applicants shall be an Aircraft Dispatcher certification.

Applicants must live in or be able to relocate to South Florida, must be willing to work odd hours, long hours, weekends, holidays and nights as well as a rotating on-call schedule.
