Yes. We take your confidentiality very seriously. We do not disclose any information whatsoever about you, your passengers, your travel dates, your itinerary, etc. to anyone at anytime for any reason unless authorized by you in advance or required by applicable law(s). For your protection this includes friends, relatives, co-workers, associates, business partners, etc. (unless authorized by you in advance).

Yes. When you charter an aircraft, you enjoy the freedom of aircraft ownership without the expense of buying a jet or employing a full-time crew. You're the boss! You tell us what to do — not the other way around! You can change your mind right up until the last second. If need be, you can even change your destination in-flight. Naturally all itinerary changes are subject to price modification (up or down) and to various other factors such as aircraft availability, mandated crew duty time limits, obtaining the required landing permits and/or landing authorizations, FAA restrictions, runway restrictions, weather considerations, etc.

We are a pet friendly airline. Your pets are welcome to fly with you in the cabin (kennels optional).

Proper documentation and medical certificates are required when crossing the U.S. border. Pet paperwork requirements may vary by international destination. Please contact our Charter Team for more information.

"Standard Catering" is free, i.e., individual serving snacks in plastic bags (pretzels, chips, etc), open cocktail bar, mixers, assorted non-premium bottled beer, house red and white wine, plenty of bottled water, lots of assorted sodas, juices, coffee, etc. That’s all free. Additional catering is available at your expense.

No. We do not sell by-the-seat. The private jet charter industry is very similar to other charter/rental business models. For example, when you charter a limousine, yacht or bus, you charter the entire vehicle. It's not sold by-the-seat. Private aviation works the same way. You charter the entire aircraft. The only people on board will be you and/or your invited guests. That's why it's called private aviation.

Selling charter by-the-seat would also violate our FAA Part 135 Operator's Certificate. To sell by-the-seat, a flight would first have to be scheduled on a specific date and time. We are not allowed to perform scheduled flights. Doing so would put us in direct competition with commercial airlines who hold a Part 121 Operator's Certificate which grants them exclusive permission to perform scheduled flights. All Part 135 Operators are bound by the same regulations. Therefore, the buying public should be very wary of any charter company offering to sell private jet charter by-the-seat.

We accept all forms of U.S. legal tender including personal and/or corporate checks (drawn on a U.S. bank), wire transfers, credit cards, cash, etc.
Our “Credit Card Backup” payment method is very popular. You sign documents granting us permission to charge the full amount to your credit card. This secures your flight in advance. (All flights must be secured in full prior to departure). We then invoice you after the flight — and you pay by check, wire transfer, etc. Your credit card remains a "backup" payment method unless your invoice is never paid. At that time, your credit card would be charged the full amount plus a 4% late payment fee.

Domestic Flights: A valid picture ID.

International Flights: All international passengers must provide all travel documents required by the Department of Homeland Security. See our convenient Blank Passenger Manifest for full details.
