A customer is the most important person on our premises. They are not dependent on us, we are dependent on them. They are not an outsider in our business, they are part of it. We are not doing them a favor by serving them, they are doing us a favor by giving us the opportunity to do so. 

Our goal is to assist the client prior to, during and after the flight. This may include arranging limousines, car rentals, special catering and wines. We will flight follow with the client’s office, family, or friends to insure they are aware of departure and arrival times. 

We are always ready for the unexpected. We will go beyond the call of duty to accomplish whatever our clients need or request for their trips. 

Every Hop-A-Jet Worldwide Jet Charter client is entered into our extensive database. We list pertinent information regarding favorite foods, beverages, contact phone numbers — even the names of their pets — along with all other information needed to ensure every single charter flight is efficient and enjoyable.
