Here at Ace Aviation/Hop-A-Jet, we recognize that our employees and customers are the lifeblood of our business. Our top priority has always been and will continue to be the safety and wellbeing of every customer, employee, their families and visitors to our facility.

The spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) around the globe is obviously a matter of great concern. We have been closely monitoring updates and recommendations from the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Federal Aviation Administration and the Transportation Security Association and have implemented enhanced screening procedures and rigorous cleaning protocol for all of our aircraft and facilities.

Under the personal direction of the Ace Aviation Manager of Safety and Standards, Chief Pilot and Facilities Manager, we have instituted the following enhanced procedures:

• Ace Aviation/Hop-A-Jet has trained all of our personnel in the enhanced procedures and protocols surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19).
• All aircraft are cleaned and disinfected between each flight and between each leg of a flight that introduces new passengers utilizing anti-microbial spray and wipes.
• We have stocked each aircraft with disinfecting wipes, hand sanitizer and sanitary gloves for the use of our passengers and crew while on board.
• Every cabin crew member will wear prophylactic gloves when serving any passenger.
• Each aircraft is deep cleaned upon return to our facility post flight. All surfaces, cracks and crevices are thoroughly sanitized and disinfected prior to its next departure.
• If a passenger exhibits symptom of illness at any time, the aircraft immediately undergoes a deep cleaning and disinfection following CDC guidelines for the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
